For the first time ever (I think), the location of the tent is known prior to arriving at the show! We're in IJ63 this year which, if I'm reading correctly, is one aisle over (toward the Darts/Dusters) from where we were last year but all the way at the opposite end - right on the main road one aisle down/across from the Midway . Seems like a really busy place! We're close to the E-Bodies if you happen to like them and/or also hang out on cudachallenger.com.

This is last year's map. We were in location "I" then and are in location "R" (Long Island Mopars) now.

And...this is this years map....  letter K is the DC.com tent

Man I looked all over for that! How'd you get it? (Never mind, I found it!)

Um, how are the cars going to be laid out? I see the 1970 Charger Registry tent is all the way at the opposite end. Once upon a time they put our tent between the 69 and 70 Chargers.

The 'Tent Event'. A banner would have been cool. I'd guess more then a few people overlooked the white card sign sticking in the grass with 'DODGE  CHARGER.COM' on it.

There were banners hanging from the sides of the tent and the sign in the middle by the main road. I was late getting there Thursday due to my garage roof springing a leak and filling up my Challenger shell on the rotisserie with water. So I slept in Friday and got to the show around noon. For some reason I took the banners down Friday night so they weren't on the tent until I arrived Saturday. I couldn't stay for Sunday this year. However, as I mentioned in another thread, I was in or next to the tent for about 13 hours in the time that I was at the show (but not early in the morning). Friday was busier than Saturday with people stopping by constantly.

If you want to see someone at the tent then STOP for a few minutes instead of walking by.

I happened to meet Troy at the tent.   I was parts hunting for my latest money pit all Friday and Saturday so the only members I meet were the ones I bumped into in the swap meet. Except for Bakerhillpins who helped hunt down several parts.

I may have been the first to run into Troy at the show as I caught him just as he got out of his car . . . Saw him a few times at the show and then he passed by me pulling the car home so I was probably the last one to see him as well!

   Was a good show this year!   :2thumbs:
Tomorrow is promised to NOBODY . . . .

"At the show", yes. And I did clean the windshield and apply sunscreen before I ran into you guys. The car looked great - even as a roadblock on a trailer. :P I hope it's running good now too!
