Please post memo you received.

Sorry!  No can do.  Everything about the car is "top secret".  No cameras allowed.......no videos.  Security (body) scanners and searches before entering.  What a beautiful metallic green convert machine.  That's all for now........ :2thumbs:
I thought you painted it orange.

Actually the new challengers ARE competitive with 5.0 and SS Camaros.  They may not win all the time but they will win enough to make the mustang and Camaro owners to doubt their purchases.  Being the fastest in the quarter does not equate to being competitive in all cases.  As drivers the new challenger far exceed the other two.  I had a supercharged 04 cobra for 5 years before I got the challenger r/t (5.7) and it put out 439hp to the wheels and was not much of an improvement over the challenger r/t. (I have not regretted changing, nor missed any power) I've only got a diablo tune and ram air so at best I may be putting 350 to the wheels.  Above 80, I doubt either could outrun me.  Down low...yes they have an advantage, up high...not so much.
69 RT/SE Y3 cream yellow w/tan vinyl top and black r/t stripe. non matching 440/375, 3:23, Column shift auto w/buddy seat, tan interior, am/fm w/fr to back fade, Now wears 17" magnum 500 rims and Nitto tires. Fresh repaint, new interior, new wheels and tires.

I await the latest breaking news......

And you got the "latest".  The person who started this thread asked if "it was true".  You had a few of your fraternal members come on here, giving their erroneous information yet you never questioned their incorrect opinions.  I tell you the facts and all you want to do is start questioning and looking for a reason to argue or disprove me.  Just keep one thing in mind.  A bunch of you had all kinds of fun with your limited knowledge trying to hypothesize why a 4 Door Concept Barracuda never existed.  During that time, I told you that we would be displaying our 4 Door Concept with the "new" Barracuda when it rolled out in 2016. I was told that I was full of "BS" and doing nothing more than "name calling".

Well here we go!!!!  Everything is turning out EXACTLY like I said.  We shall see who ends up getting the last laugh.  :2thumbs:

Oh great wise one, tell us why then that you insist on answering a question that was asked over 2 months ago, yesterday, when it had already been leaked and discussed already earlier in the day. :popcrn:

Because it wasn't on display until Monday/Tuesday......genius.  Kind of hard to answer a question that wasn't given a definitive answer until the day it was given....you think?  Did I really need to explain that?  And besides......I'm sure that you never were part of the discussion (or didn't believe it) because there were no pictures to accompany the dialog.  Everyone around here positively knows that a discussion about a topic without pictures is nothing more than hearsay and a waste of time.......right?

(And I can POSITIVELY say that ANY pictures you have seen to this point are nothing more than hypothetical images of the real vehicle.  Sorry I don't have pictures......you'll just have to take my word for it!)

A quick google search of the new cuda shows many pictures of various concepts.

IMO with the age impaired vision I have the new cuda (if produced) needs to have a distinctive cuda look --kinda like the new challengers. If that were to happen it would be sort of redundant considering how close the two old cars were to each other. :shruggy:

Their was an internal competition within the corporation in those days. Not so today.  I suppose they could offer a "cuda trim option" or a "challenger trim option" :shruggy:

If it were to have it's own distinctive look as does the new charger it needs to have it's own name as should the charger.

None of them look like the "real" vehicle that was shown in Las Vegas.

Please accept my sincere apology for attempting to add some valid information (aka "jumped on you" :shruggy:) to your statement.  There's no need to wait for "breaking news".  The question posted by the the individual who started the thread was answered.  The 2016 Barracuda is a reality.

Well we now know that their is a new real car that has the name Cuda.  :2thumbs:--It's been verified---

So now that that's out of the way.---I'm interested in whether their are any plans for the 2016 model year for a car with that name?
The OP's question started with a mention of the 2016 model year.

If a new cuda were to be true to the original as the challenger was to the original I wonder how it would fit in?  The two cars are so similar in style that it would seem redundant.---I think I asked this earlier?---

If it does not look like the old cuda I think it should have it's unique name.

Some things from the past are best remembered as they were. In name and all their glory.   The new charger is a good example of a misnamed car. :slap:

take a look at the new mopar action  cover , every time I pick it up I can't help wondering what the hellcat X would look like as the one of twelve aar cuda

I'd have to say your "impressions" are biased and backwards.  My initial comment was in response to "DEVIL".  For whatever reason, two or three other individuals (who were not involved) decided to take it personal and pile on with their intrusive comments.

That exact copy has been sitting on a shop bench for a week , and I have made that exact comment about 5 times this week to individuals that have stopped at the bench to check out the cover. That Hellcat hood, not only resembles the AAR hood, it's like ,it's the new version. Yesterday on the way home, I noticed a new Charger behind me, second glance, I saw the hood, quickly moved out of his way, gave him thumbs up.  He returned the thumbs up, and opened her up, What an incredible sound!!!!!!!!!!!!

I doubt that some of your fraternal members & friends appreciate being referred to as "dogs" in your concurring analogy.

but a dog" is a loyal, faithful creature that will in most cases defend you to the death "  .I  don't get where the "bad " analogy came  from (obviously someone that never owed one )  its just wrong , plane wrong  :yesnod:     I've always said thanks for the complement    ;)

and I still stand by my original statement

I see you agree with the poking the dog with a stick analogy. It also seems that's all it takes to make the stick poker-- poke some more. ::)

He is clearly looking for a fight. ::)

So now we as a group are to be identified as dogs. :shruggy:  I like it  :icon_smile_wink: Dogs as a species are to be admired for all their attributes. ---One of which is a long memory :icon_smile_wink:---

.....defend.....

Once again, you have it backwards.  It was YOU who decided to confront me.  I responded to Devil and YOU and your cronies decided to rudely respond to something that had nothing to do with you.  Are you really so delusional and self righteous that you don't realize it's you & your cronies who initiated the "poking"?  Unbelievable!

Go back and check your facts.  It's YOU who was looking for trouble.  YOU started the rude dialog.  If you don't like what I say or how I reply to another member, mind your own business and stay out of it.

I was not looking for a fight.  What I started in this thread with is a response to the topic. I also (implied with my comment) an agreement with others about "breaking news"
The manor with which I speak is just the way I communicate. I sometimes say more than one thing in one sentence.
What you may have grabbed from my comment perhaps comes from your history as being an arrogant bully. :shruggy:  Hey it's not a secret.

So we got a well deserved warning from -Steve P.- And I got it.  He is right.  If their is going to be a fight here it will come from this site's members engaging a bully that needs to leave a scent mark here.

All I did was grab the poking stick and poke back.---What else is to be expected? :shruggy:
