What kind of lube should I use to lubricate all the moving/sliding parts for my quarter window mechanism?

I personally would use WD40 white lithium grease for that...and no, I'm not being sponsored by them. (Cause I've recommended it a few times before) :icon_smile_big:
It's just a great product with many applications.
