When I open the drivers side door the door handle button sticks in and I have to basically hit the top of the door so it pops out. I looked inside and it does not see to bind. Could it be that mechanism inside needs to be greased?

Lennard

Most likely the mechanism needs some lubrication. I would use WD40 white lithium grease for that.

Do I need to remove mechanism and open it or can I shoot it where it is?

Lennard

You don't need to remove the mechanism but if you take off the door panel you can hit all the swivel and hinge points.

Lube and there is also an adjustment that if it's out of whack will do that.
There is a hole and an allen-head screw on the side of the door. IF you turn it one way or another you'll either make it worse or much better. Usually clockwise until snug is best.

I sprayed them down with brake cleaner, then some lithium grease..worked like a charm!

Thanks!
