Superbird vacuum hose retainer clip at radiator support

Is this black plastic clip the same as the ones that come in the 1971 B Body wiring clip kit?.. or unique to the Bird only? The only place I've found it offered for sale is the Daytona Superbird Auto club and nobody answers either of their email addresses.

I do not k now if the clip in the 71 B-body kit is the same or not. What I saw on Jack's site "appears" right.

But the main thing is the bird holes are ~2&1/2" from center to center,... so you could ask them to check.

As far as answering their emails,...they may be car busy & reply come Monday

Thanks... was what I noticed, it looked right from the '71 kit, but DSAC sells just the "correct" clip for 2 bucks so thought I'd start there. As you say, possibly out enjoying their cars.. but I did send the first email back on Thursday. No rush.. I'll wait them out.

Just a quick note - that clip was used by other manufacturers.  I took one off my 77 El Camino.

Thanks! Good to know. Doug has his last 80's NOS clip on it's way to me. At least good to know there are other options if someone requires a "proper" clip.
