If I have the passenger side quarter window rolled up , when I close the door it just hits the glass. I know it is not aligned properly. How do you align this dang thing?

ignore white arrow , was already on the picture , although it points to one of the three glass in & out adjustment bolts

slacken the  3 up stop bolts off  green circles , wind window up to desired height & gap & angle to front door glass  , tighten bolts  :yesnod:   is that all that needs adjusting  , only there is a glass in & out adjustment too ,

I messed with this for quite awhile until I realized the glass itself has wiggle room, loosened the 2 bolts holding the glass and then shifted everything back and up, tightened everything back up and it works!
Thanks!

Sounds like you had the same problem I am having. I'm going to try loosening the glass itself to move the glass back.
This thread has come at a perfect time, since I have the interior gutted and am trying to resolve this issue of the door/door glass hitting the 1/4 glass.
