Couple brake questions

I have a drum car that I am currently converting to disc.  I bought the conversion kit at the wheels from POL (Performance on line), but I have questions to finish it: 

Question 1: Is the booster the same for drum/disc cars or is it specific?  I want to send to booster dewey to be rebuilt if it will work with disc? 

Question2: Is there a difference in the rod between the booster and master for drum and disc?

Question3: Where do I get a correct prop valve for the disc swap?

1:Yes several types but you can reuse any.
2:No the rod has an adjuster you turn in or out for any master.
3:eBay was best price, but an adjustable one would be even better.
