Blower motor speed

Trying to work through all the electrical issues on my car. The heater motor seems to only run at one speed. All points on the resistor show between 0.4 and 1 ohm, this suggests that the resistor is shot, correct? Is there a readily available replacement for this, or a home fix you would suggest?
