After dealing with a termite infestation last early year, finding creepy "flyers" fluttering around any light that was on late evenings.  :eek2: I treated inside the walls with Termidor SC during a partial replacement of paneling and injecting other areas with an injector cobbled together from a garden sprayer and the tip from a device made to inject food with liquid flavorings. (Drilling small holes next to studs in framing and squirting Termidor inside the voids.)
Knowing that some flyers had to have been successful relocating I'd been on high alert watching for any sign of new activity. My friend had told me to put a large bowl of water next to a light as it will attract and trap them. That worked and a few were found recently. Knowing what to look for I found the source, an area I'm remodeling soon anyway. Yesterday I realized an indoor bug zapper just may be the ticket to intercept the relocating bastards until full treatment is completed.
I took advantage of Amazon same day delivery, got and ran this zapper last night and it worked very well.

It attracted and killed or disabled about 6 critters with it's black light and zapper grid. I wish I'd thought of this long ago, in Florida skeeters and flying bugs get inside quite often and this should keep them in check. Just thought I'd share the general idea with you as it's the season for this problem and I'll be testing it outside when working on my car.  :2thumbs:
FYI Termidor SC's active ingredient is the same stuff used to control fleas on pets like Frontline. It works slowly and has a long term (8 year.) residual protecting effect when used carefully per instructions. By treating it also got rid of tiny Ghost Ants I'd not been able to fully control effectively.
