Steering column interchange

My Charger had a Chrysler tilt, telescopic column and I have a 71-up power steering column and Im curious if this steering column would fit? My biggest concern is where the steering column bolts to the firewall if a the bolts will line up. My car has power steering, Im asking because I havent had time to drag the column down to see if it fits.
Has anyone done this and what kind of modification would I need to do?
