I noticed there are many chapters for this. How does one go about starting up a Chapter? A friend of mine is asking about it.

There's a Vancouver chapter. I joined for a year.....paid the membership fees......went to a meeting........and never went to another one after that. Never renewed my membership. Just wasn't my cup of tea.  :shruggy:

Ask Mopars Unlimited?  http://moparsunlimited.com/b2/blog1.php

That is just a chapter's website, and so far I haven't received a reply.

Try one of the other others Chapters like Tacoma which has phone contact info for the officers listed on their website.  They are not hard to get a hold if you give it half a try.

You can read the history of how the Seattle chapter was formed on their site. Get a handful of peeps together and adopt the bylaws.
