Was having a normal week up until thursday evening, Came home from work about 5 ish and decided to service my work van and rotate the tire's for some extra time this week. Got it done and moved my red jeep around and decided to service the transmission on my black jeep since it has about 40,000 miles on it since the transmission was rebuilt so I took off down the road to warm it up so the fluid would be warm when I dropped the transmission pan and just as I pulled out and went up the road my brother calls me and ask's am I driving the black jeep and I said yeah, he ask's if i'm wearing a orange shirt with a black cap and I said yeah of course, I thought he was messing with me since he lives next door but he said they just called me out over the scanner. I looked behind me and said there is no one behind me or even around me and he asked was I speeding and I said no and then the phone went blank. I thought I just lost the call and then my neighbor on the other side of me called and said there are cops up my brother's drive way and unmarked cars too!!!! I decided to go on around the block instead of turning around and going straight back, got back to my house and they were at the trailer down in front of my shop and not at my brother's trailer and my neighbor was at the end of his driveway so I stopped to talk to him and I told him that the white honda that is usually there had just left and then we looked up down the road at the RR crossing and there came the honda with a state trooper on it's rear bumper. Turn's out the guy living next door was a prison escapee but he hasn't been there but a few day's. Some girl and her mom have been living there for awhile but had lot's of visitor's in and out. The trooper's caught the guy, I guess since I came down that driveway they had me on the radar!!! That was the excitement for thursday, then friday about 2 o clock I got a call from mom saying they had to call an ambulance for dad and he was out at the garden and unresponsive!!!! I threw my tools in the work van and hauled butt the the farm, I got there pretty quick and ran across the pasture to the garden where the ambulance was and they were working with him and my brother was there and was helping with the garden when he noticed that dad wasn't acting normal. He had sat down in a chair and then passed out. He is diabetic and his sugar had bottomed out!!! They gave him two viles of sugar water but he was still unresponsive, that's what they were doing when I got there. The paramedic said he wasn't waking up like he hoped and I said let's get him to the hospital so we got him on the stretcher and we were headed to the hospital pretty quickly. Mom called at 1:56 and at 2:27 we were in the ambulance and heading out. He woke up about half way to the hospital wondering where he was but he was alert and talking thank goodness!!!! They gave him two of the jelly packs (glucose) and his sugar came back up to normal. He stayed the night at the hospital and mom stayed with him and I went and picked them up late today and he is doing alot better today and got his sugar back regulated. He had taken his insulin shot and never ate afterwards and it bottomed his sugar out to not even reading on the machine they had. When I got home from bringing mom and dad back from the hospital I noticed my old grey cat seem to have something cornered on the other side of the carport so I go a closer look and it had a head sticking up so I tossed my little dog in the house and ran and got the shovel knowing it was a snake!! I hit it a few times with the shovel and it tried to run and it was a pretty good size one too then I tossed a big rock on it and finished it off with the shovel... It looked like a rat snake but I don't like any snake and it was big so it had to die!!! I am hoping that the rest of the weekend is not so exciting and sorry for the long story but it has been an interesting last few days!!!!!

A little suggestion for some posters.

"Learning how to break your stories and essays into paragraphs is a confusing but important job. Nobody ever really sits down to tell you the basic rules about when to make a new paragraph, so you generally have to muddle along, making the rules up for yourself. This is too bad. New paragraphs are important for the reader. They tell when you're switching time, place, topic or speaker, and they help break the page up so it is not just a solid block of writing. Seeing that can be discouraging, and you don't want your reader to be discouraged before she even starts to read."
Pardon me but my karma just ran over your dogma.
