I have a set of seats out of my car that I would consider in real good shape...  I am tired of them sitting in my garage.

Are these worth selling, or would I be out money by the time I got them shipped and all that. I don't want to just toss them out.

These are black buckets from a 68 Charger.

List them locally. I buy seat cores locally for my business, but you are quite a ways from PA.

Factory seats go for good money on eBay.

Yeah, try to sell them.  Don't throw them out like some idiot on this board did... ::)

RECHRGD

Don't throw them out!  Last year I had a desire to replace the tall '70's style seats in my '68 and get the new ralley seats that Lendary has now offered.  The need for and lack of availability of original seat cores drove the cost beyond reasonable.  You've got something of value there.  Or you could just send them to me out of the goodness of your heart.  God bless, and I love you.......

I heard a while back that the bench seat cost more & was more difficult to find than buckets since everybody pitched them for buckets over the years making them more scarce.

I don't know how to even value these. They need some work, and some hardware replaced and such.

That's what I'm thinking.  They may not be mint, but they are great for a driver!  If I was in the market I'd be paying around $600 with shipping or meet at a show or whatever.
Extraordinary claims require extraordinary evidence.

Ghoste

That's about what I would expect to see them for too.

Shipping by bus is a lesser priced option - The wider the audience the more value you will realize!

Holy Crap! You were considering tossing those out? Tracks alone are worth $150.00-$200.00.

Yep advertise them locally at first to avoid the shipping hassle for around $600.00 as the other members have said. If no luck locally then advertise in a larger market/markets but then you would have to deal with shipping.

Good luck
