Haven't seen a movie at the theater in years, really debating this one. 

This is one of those movies that is so visual, you won't enjoy it as much if you watch it at home in a few months. Gotta have the giant screen, in 3D.

Yeah, I hate being packed into a theater with a bunch of popcorn chomping lip smackers but this movie may make up for it...

Seeing anything in a darkened theater in a decent seat makes it more impacting.  Research confirms it.  The screen size, the reduced other stimuli around you, sitting through it without stopping, etc.

I saw it mate, but I only put up 4 pics. There was another couple of Aussie Charger pics that were cool too

The FX is a good nod to the origins of the evolution of Oz cars .
Hoping there would be an XP or XM in there.
Or maybe even a VH Regal 

There is also a HQ Ute too, have a look around online, more pics have come out in the last week

I watched MM2 the other night with my daughter and we are half way through MM3 
The original is still rated 18 here though, just how the censors were at the time...

that's why whenever I do go to the movies, I cough up the extra $5 per ticket and go to the theaters where they have reclining lazy boys and you can reserve where you want to sit.

yeah, at least around here (L.A.) there are a few. Some even have food/wine/beer service that they bring to your seat. That's a little too much for me, but I guess its a thing for some people...

I really just like the idea that I can buy my tickets in the morning for an evening movie and not have to worry about getting there early to grab a good seat. So we get to show up at 5:20 for a "5:00" showing and skip all the annoying ads and previews.

Just saw it tonight .... and wow!

Unless Max had two copies of his V8 Interceptor this movie has to be a reboot in its own universe.

I was confused too until I figured it out: In the the opening scene he is flashing back to the Road Warrior when he left everyone behind and took off in the V8 Interceptor to disastrous consequences. In reality, he is standing next to his motorcycle and the War Rig on the edge of the salt flat, and he decides he has learned from the past - He rides out to catch up with the gals and join the fight together instead of lone-wolfing it.

This, and Baldwinvette's "close enough intercepter" thread has me jonesing to build a road warrior type vehicle. Who will meet me out in the desert?!?!
