I changed to disk brakes and now I need to add 4-5" to get the cables to work. I am taking about from where it mounts on rear diff to the rear brake caliper.

Does anyone sell extensions or am I going to have to measure and buy all new cables?

Measure and buy all new cables, I'm doing the same thing, but having a local shop make them.
