How far on the shaft of the power steering pump should you press on the pulley?
'66 Coronet 500
'68 Charger
'69 Sweptline Adventurer pickup
'56 Dodge Regent

having just recently done this I used the mating pulleys as a guide.

that is look at the crank pulley and the fan pulley and make sure they are in alignment.
