definitelly I can't understand... Samsung S3 GT-I9300 touch system

The touch system on a friend's cell phone is not working correctly. Some flikering, sometimes apps close or open by them self, sometimes blocks out. I have being searching about how dissasembly and replace/fix this and all I can find is a glass which I think gets the touch system integrated, BUT no ribbon or flex on it to connect to board ?

How the hell works this ?

I don't get this:

a glass/digitizer assembly with NO RIBBON... how works with the body ?
