WIW- 71 Charger SE

Looking at a possible project/moneypit, so unfortunately one of the girls will have to go if the deal happens. I bought the 71 twenty years ago. It's a 383/2bbl, 727A, slapstik. She's always been garaged since I've owned her. New paint eight years ago. All original panels- very unusual for a northeast car. Does have some patch panels in floors. Over the years have replace the bumpers, rear springs, vinyl top, carpet, dashpad, door handles, etc...
Converted the car to Mopar Performance Electronic Ignition. Installed a 4 bbl Eddy. Previous owner installed Hedman Headers and duel exhaust. Car runs and drives great, wouldn't hesitate to drive across country. I'll list what is wrong/incorrect.

Factory replacement motor- but no documentation
A/C not all there
Incorrect seats, should be leather, not cloth
Missing stripe on side
Grille should not be all black, but that's what I like
Vinyl top not the correct material
Inside hood release broken-have replacement
Radio doesn't work
I'm sure there are other items but have always built the cars to be a real nice driver, not overly concerned if my nuts are the right color.

I have an idea of what it's worth but wanted to get some other opinions
