Got air, spark, and fuel but no start, what else could it be?

I know it's not my Charger. But it's my 86 Plymouth Reliant Station Wagon 2.2 TBI. We verified it's get and squirting fuel and it has a spark from the coil and to the wires, rotor is turning too. But it's a white spark not a blue spark. Don't know what that means. It's 48,000 original miles. I've recently changed fuel tank, pump, sending unit, filter, hoses, sprayed carb cleaner through metal fuel lines and then blew out, cleaned the injector, and installed a new regulator. I've got about 5 gallons of fresh gas in the tank. It shows a little more than 1/4. We installed a new cap and rotor tonight because the original looked burned. We cleaned the terminal ends of the plug wires because the parts store didn't carry the wires. I changed spark plugs too. My mechanic friend couldn't figure it out. Even when you sprayed starting fluid it didn't start eventhough it has fire. Once we installed the new cap and rotor and cleaned the terminals on the plug wires I noticed the POWER LOSS and OIL light on the dash came on while I cranked the car over. Before we did that neither would illuminate eventhough it still cranked over. My mechanic friend told me he noticed the fusible link wires over near the battery cables looked to have been previously probed. Which leads me to believe previous owner couldn't figure it out and just let it sit up. What does it seem like is going on? I tried posting on the K-car forum but no luck. It is true 48,000 miles, still has original belts and wires. It even still had original plugs, fuel filter, pcv, and air filter.

Hall effect sensors are a common failure point on high-mileage 2.2s. However, I don't know if I've ever seen one get weak. Usually, they just work until they don't. But, if you have a spare sitting around, they only take a minute to change out.

Does your air cleaner suck air through a computer box over by the battery ?
I had one of them die on me when the car would not start
Was very hard to find a used one that all the same number of wires going into it

If the distributor is turning I don't think it's the timing belt. The timing belt drives the intermediate shaft which turns the distributor. It's easy enough to remove the top plastic timing belt cover and see if the cam shaft is turning. The timing belts usually fail at the crank gear end, milling the teeth off the belt.

Isn't this the car that if you poured some gas down the throttle body it would fire up? You might still have a fuel delivery issue. You might pull out a spark plug or two and see if they are wet with gas. It's hard to believe that with fuel and spark it doesn't at least fire at times and try to run.

If you can't get it to hit on starter fluid, then the ignition is to be suspected.. I agree with some of the earlier statements that the hall sensor could be faulty causing weak or erratic triggers and low dwell so you don't get a strong spark from the coil. I would also have the ignition module checked, although those usually just fail completely, or when they get hot.
