Considering I paid $3250 for mine, 98% complete with a running, drivable/moved under it's own power (though not road worthy), and the body as you see it (untouched) I wouldn't touch it. Just too much to do. Mine may "just" be an SE but I don't need a R/T bad enough to pay the premium.

I don't do Ebay, but the 12K price is lined out and underneath it says "best offer accepted" with a question mark.  I doubt that it sold for his asking price.......
