Well I finally received the phone call I was waiting for tonight. I have been chasing a really really nice Red 69 Charger and the owner called me tonight and said he would sell it to me. He doesn't want to really sell it because he had it for 10 years and pretty much restored the whole car by himself. This is a rust free California car painted viper red with black R/T stripes and R/T badges on it. It does have a 318 but the body is virtually flawless and has 95% brand new interior so there isn't much left to do it. I sold my 69 SE a few months ago on Ebay and couldn't wait to get another Charger. This car is a much nicer car overall. Its only 10 miles from my house and I pick it up tomorrow afternoon so I will have pictures.

I'm paying cash for the car, no loans or anything and its gonna pretty much break me. Most I ever spent on a car.

I just really don't like banks or having to get a loan. I know almost everybody in the world has some kind of loan. But for an old car I can't do it. I am paying $17,000 for the car and I figured if I didn't have the cash I wouldn't buy it.

I would have gone broke too, I'm sick of paying back loans.  :icon_smile_angry: So from my point of view, good for you! The feeling of owning the car free & clear today is a good feeling. :icon_smile_approve:

The Aquamax...yes, this bike spent 2 nights underwater one weekend. (Not my doing), but it gained the name, and has since become pseudo-famous. :)
