At our monthly Club Meeting last night I had the opportunity to ride in a member's new Hellcat and his new Tesla. Both amazing cars!!!
The Hellcat seems to do everything VERY well to say the least. If I could justify spending $60,000.00 on something I don't need it would be a Hellcat. I'd love to own one!
When it comes to the Tesla, being a long time gearhead I've fought the idea of an electric car but the Tesla changed that mindset in a hurry. Riding in that car was a surreal experience! If I had $100,000.00 to spend on a "driver" it would be a Tesla.

I still can't wipe the smile off my face from experiencing those two cars. Thanks Dave!  :2thumbs:

Tesla's are borderline scary.  One minute you're cruising along like anything else, next thing you know there's a great gust of wind noise and you're hitting triple digit speeds.  No roaring power plant, no vibrating chassis, just immeasurable thrust with as little commotion as possible.  My neighbor is a Tesla 'tech; they let him drive some home from time to time...

I can see myself buying a Tesla after I graduate.  :yesnod:  No desire for the cat though.
Extraordinary claims require extraordinary evidence.

I had to google "Tesla".  Never heard of one.  I'll take the Cat.
