Daytona grille frame mounting

Does the lower half of the frame attach using machine screws with flat washer and nuts, or sheet metal screws and clips. Thanks for the information in advance.

Flat-head machine screws, no nuts or washers.  I've seen silver & black phosphate used.  Some restorers paint the screws with the frame, but on my car they were originally unpainted and that's the way we put 'em back.
