I keep reading about dealerships still taking orders for the ‪‎Dodge‬ ‪‎Challenger‬ and ‪‎Charger‬ ‪SRT‬ ‪Hellcat‬ models, but buyers should beware, as ordering now isnt getting you any closer to having either of the new ‪Mopar‬ muscle cars.

I wonder how many people will go in debt just to claim stake of this phenomenon!

Yes I think it may have a good chance of being a classic and a return on investment but is it worth the gamble? Insurance rates through the roof? Monthly payments of $500.00 + ?

I'll tell you one thing, you will gather a lot of attention being an owner of one of these beasts.

We have two Challenger Hellcat owners here at work....and their cars do get people's attention. We had a mini car show in the employee parking lot a week ago when the two guys parked their Hellcats next to my "Underpowered" SRT8....talk about getting people's attention!

*I will pass on the Hellcat and keep my 2008 SRT8 as it's paid for (as the Beach Boy's sang..."I got the pink slip daddy")...and even with "only" 425+ horses I can still get into trouble if I care to!
