AC blower motor. I've never removed one but probably similar to removing a heater box.

The car no longer need it so i would like to remove it.

ac blower motor and its not too tricky

3 or 4  very small screws around the outside edge will get the fan motor out.

Are you wanting to pull your entire heater box under your dash, along with the duct work, and the electrical wiring?  Most guys just leave it in case you want to go back or sell the car and the new owner wants to fix it.  If you remove the box you will end up with 1 large and 2 smaller holes (water to the heater box) in the firewall.  Are you going to patch and paint those up?

Leave it place. Trust me, you'll be very glad you did.

Most of the under dash stuff was gone when i got it but not all. There is no heater core anymore all the ducts are missing and some of the air pieces are missing. The biggest reason is for room in the engine compartment i can make a piece to cover that spot and move my distributor to a better spot and i also plan on adding a remote oil filter to get it away from the headers so it dont make such a mess when i change the oil and case of any drips it dont drip on the headers.  I plan on putting it where the horns are now on the radiator support and i could use the space to run the hoses on that side.

The heater core is inside the heater box.  The to and from metal lines are a part of the core, so I'm not sure how they are still there if the core is missing.  The blower motor is connected to the heater box, so after you disconnect it from the engine bay side it will come out when you pull the box.  Sounds like you have a plan for the rest!   :2thumbs:

Does it pull out into the engine compartment or under the dash?

Well it came out pretty easy into the engine compartment, And i already taken it apart pulled the fan motor and made a blank for the ring and i am going to mount my coil in that spot. And i made it so i could put everything back stock if i ever wanted to. Ill have pictures of it in a day or so waiting on a new coil bracket.

Got the  blank piece fitted and used the fan motor mount holes to pop rivet it on so can can put  it back if i ever want to, got it painted and the coil bracket mounted ready to reinstall tomorrow.  And the mouse nest vac out!
