My dad is shopping for a tractor.  Looking for something for clearing snow and all around stuff in his yard.  Would possibly get a backhoe for it also.  Anyone familiar with New Holland or LS?  He is looking at a 35-40 HP.  He gets an employee discount from New Holland (Fiat-Chrysler) retiree.  I know LS makes the smaller New Holland tractors and seems like the LS is still cheaper than the NH with discount.  Any recommendations??  Matt
