I may have checked the wrong box, but... its 30 years that I have had A Charger, but it hasn't the same one for the whole time.  So I guess it depends on how you interpret the question because if you just mean the longest stretch with a single one, then the longest I have had the same one in my garage was 16 years.

I did the same. Owned a charger for 20 years now(almost), but only owned the same one the longest 7 years
i live in CHARGERLAND.. visitors welcome. 166 total, 7 still around
