Sill plate extensions,did they come standard on 69's?

Found this and I'm not sure my car's supposed to have them.

yeah as far as i know  all 68 69 70 s had them

That looks nice!  Not that I need it while the evil green all consuming shag carpet is in the car but I definitely want those back in place  when I redo the interior!  Thanks tan top!

so thats what that piece is,  i found it amongst all my other chrome trim i had removed and couldn't figure out where it went. Course i only know where one of them is.
