Dealer invoice on a new Challeneger SRT8-- good deal or not?

I'm looking at getting a new 2015 Challenger SRT 8.

The window sticker says 49,680 and the dealer included his "factory invoice" which says 47,904. He wants 300 more for 48,204 plus TTL

Is that correct? I would think that there is a lot more margin than 1776 or 3.7%?  I worry that this is potentially a "ginned" up invoice.

That seems to be in line with most of the SRT's in my part of the country (Arizona).  Have you looked at the Scat Pack edition?  Same 392 power, but at an MSRP of 39,999 ? Little less falsh on the interior and a different set-up on the suspension, but at almost 10K less...
