QuoteIf anyone asks me, I'll keep with my original recommendations of which ones to watch: parts one, four and three, and in that order.  IMO they had the proper mix of car action and the loose semblance of a plot/story...

You wouldn't even rank #5 as one of the better ones?  That's one of my favorites.

F&F still heavily features car action, but IMO the franchise simply isn't a street racing show anymore.  For better or worse it has outgrown it.  The next memorable street racer movie that Hollywood produces is unlikely to be part of the F&F series.

Yes, they used shells, not Chargers with a vin #. They filmed on my friends ranch in Colorado. I put these pics on another F & F post on the Charger Discussion board, thanks! TC

One of my favorites too, but that is really the type of movies I like.... get a crew, pull a job. Movies like Italian Job, Oceans 11, etc.

Since I can't rewind. I was sure the Charger in the plane was a '70 one minute, then a '68 the next???

They took off the '70 Front bumper and there were no tail lights. Maybe that what's threw it off?  :shruggy:

actually a lot of the interior shots the interior was not even done.....in a lot of the cars only the exterior body.  The cuda was no interior at all.......

I was positive the Cuda was shown to be a standard because I swear the interior shot of the Roadrunner was used for the Cuda?  :shruggy:

Good car movie but one that requires you to suspend belief for 2 hours 20
As I'm in Abu Dhabi at the moment, I liked the Etihad Towers sequence, so did the locals in the cinema, quite a few Emiratis in their full dishdash gear watching it and enjoying seeing their own city and buildings up on the big screen, neat really  :2thumbs:
Good tribute to PW as well

The off-road Chargers still had the stock front bumper.  It was fiberglass, painted black, with no lower valence, no walrus teeth, no real grille, and the truck chassis had a tubular pushbar in front of it.  But the 1970 bumper was there.
