Wiring question

Have a ron francis harness and it looks pretty good , however for example, when I run the wires to say the rear tail lights there is no connector on the RF harness. Do I just use one of the included normal connectors or do I need to find the correct connector? I have never done this before so excuse my ignorance.

I cut the connectors from the stock harness and crimped on new terminals. Napa has the terminals, the replaceable jaw crimper from snap on has to be ground down to work on the male side of the terminals, so I would look for something different there.
