Thanks guys, It's an interesting color that changes a lot depending on the light and seems to accentuate the body lines.  It was used in several of their ad's and based on the number of surviving 71 SE's painted this color, was a popular choice back in the day.




FWIW, regardless of what the factory brochure picture shows - the factory chin spoiler wasn't available on the SE though the rear spoiler was.  Also no machine gun tips on the 383 four barrel only the 440, what's up with that?  ;D

Just asking Steve... what info do you have that shows the tips weren't available on 383? The only thing I see in the dealer data is that option N42 was available on SE's w/4bbl.

No problem just going by the product information bulletin.  


This may have changed later in the year, doesn't mean you couldn't add them though.
