1471 bds size vs 871

Do I need a different manifold for a 1471 vs a 871? I got access to a 1471 for a good price and plan to under drive the hell out of it for my mopar 383.  Yeah yeah it's more show than go limit it's boost to max 5psi if I can and run methanol injection.

The opening in the intake manifold and the bolt pattern are the same for both. The 14-71 has a longer main case so you need to find out if the "overhang" at the rear interferes with anything on the manifold.

Thx John. .....just found out guy ran alcohol so the blower will need to convert to gas...thats gonna cost me more.....he is giving me a good price.....
