I ordered sub frame connectors for my charger friday. Anybody else put competition engineering sub frame connectors on their charger?? I ordered the bolt in style since I don't have a welder and I also do not know how to weld. I have been wanting to learn tho but got other thing to do at the moment besides purchase a welder that I cannot use just yet. If anybody has bolted these on how hard are they to install?? I'm sure there will be holes to drill which my drill just died lately but I been needing a good drill for a long time anyway so that is next on the to get list. I have done some welding using a stick welder and it didn't look very good but it did hold so I guess it wasn't a complete failure. ;D

They are a piece of cake to install. Once they are in, take them to a contract welder and have them run a bead around each end. Should only take them an hour or two and should be budget friendly.

Kewl, that was my plan!!! They came in today but I got two engine's on stands to work on and a jeep that I have to go get with a bad engine too! I will get them on there eventually when I get caught up with some of these other projects. Got a ford 351 windsor to put together and got the crank and pistons in it today so the hard part is done on it and got a 22re toyota to tear down, got the pan off it today and #2 rod bearing is toast so it's going to have to completely come apart now. Was hoping it was just the timing chain slapping but it was a little more deep than that obviously. Fun,fun and it's not even spring yet!!!

I am having them installed on my 69 as I type this. I went with the weld in type from US Car Tool.
