Sheet metal snap head screws

I am reassembling a car I didn't take apart so I don't have a clue where these go. They are a sheet metal screw with the male part of a snap head for the screw head. I found them in the rear ash tray so I guess they go in the back passenger area somewhere. Help?

Pictures, pictures, pictures!!!

They may be the snaps that hold the ends of the seat belts to the ceiling, need pictures.

I agree. Shoulder harness elastic snaps.

My Charger is a hybrid car, it burns gas and rubber............
