Do I use this on a non A/C car?

Rewiring my 1969 Charger where the previous owner jerry rigged the engine compartment with god knows what wiring. Any way, I just finished mocking up the NSS and engine harness with M&H wiring. I have the engine harness running through that firewall bracket, but it's too far to the passenger side. Do I use this on a non A/C car? My car never came with A/C.
