dual fours

So the one on the left, new shiny and flat is 69/70 correct? The one on the right, old dirty and with more depth (dome) is not for 69/70?

Yes, the ones on the left (your new ones) are correct in appearance.
I have no idea what those other ones are from, but they're not correct.

Strange, check out this ebay listing..looks like the same ones?

Also, anyone know what attaching screws (size) screw these on? I see them in my manual but it does not say which screws..

I think the funny looking ones are for '69 roadrunner/satellite/gtx...those get mounted in the bumper, no valance like a charger....  :Twocents:

I agree. They used slightly different lenses too. One style has a raised face, one is completely flat. Though I have seen Chargers with both styles, who knows what was changed over the years.

Yah, I like the flat ones better. I called R/T Specialties and asked about the screws that should have come with the reverse light assemblies and he gave me a part # in case anyone ever needs them.

Those may look wider in the pics on e-bay because of the gaskets hanging on the back or because they are from a wagon. Wagons also used them with a different part number and those have RS stamping on the stainless bezel. That auction has the info wrong as well in that it states the half stainless retainers where used with the Charger and not with the Sat or Road Runner the correct info is the other way around. The RR used the stainless retainer to fasten them to the bumper Charger did not need them. The RR ones are more flat on the stainless bezel and the Charger ones have a slight bow on the side of the bezel to match the valance and the length of the pig tails are different from a Charger to a RR/Sat. From what i remember the pig tail plug ends also changed for a 70 Charger and that is when the gaskets where used as i have only seen the black plastic gaskets on a 70 Charger maybe a late 69 not sure about the gaskets on a wagon
