AC Fan Motor Rebuild?

My motor needs rebuilding. It will run but is very hard to spin by hand. I have to use a wrench. I have tried finding a replacement but haven't been able to find the right one. Does anyone rebuild these things?

I've rebuilt a couple with good success. Most likely the grease has gone hard or the shaft has rusted/sticking to the spherical bushing.

You can send it out or try to do it yourself.
