A Deer decided to use my Wife's van to commit suicide!

A couple of weeks ago, my Wife was coming home from running a quick errand around 8 p.m.  A large doe ran out in front of her smashing the left front corner then rolling down the left side, putting a couple of dents in the drivers door, caving in the rear sliding door, and leaving a couple of small dents on the rear quarter. Insurance sent me a check for a little over $2600 to repair it. I decided to fix it myself. I bought a new aftermarket bumper cover, fender and headlight, an after market hubcap to replace the one lost in the accident, and I went ahead and repaired a dent on the hatch, and replaced a cracked tail light from where my wife backed into a pole a while back ago. After parts and materials, I have a little over $600 in the repairs.... leaving my some $$$$ for the 68 Charger Project! Need to get my wish list ready.

Yeah my wife is fine, she wasn't even really shaken up or anything.. she just hated it happened.

I got her back on the road, so now it's time for me to start placing orders for the Charger

My wife scuffed the front end of the Audi the other day onto a fence pole in the driveway. So needs new paint on the fender and bumper, grille cracked and no insurance check in the mail.....

My wife is into Photography... that's her hobby. She has a Nikon D40 camera she has been using the last 6-7 years. She has been checking out the D3100 and D3200 hear lately, because they have video capabilities too. Anyway they had a special on the D3100 and it came with 2 lenses. I surprised her by buying her one the other day.
