this happened about 10 mins away from where I live. It's a desolate industrial area (mostly body shops, porn warehouses, etc) that is fairly well known as a street racing spot.

haha...lots of interesting places in Chatsworth, just not generally open to the public. Restorations by Julius, ICON performance, the country and western bar in those geico commercials (Cowboy Palace), and so on. Oh, and lots of Asian massage parlors...
