3rd Gen Back Seat Material Question

I am in the process of recovering the back seat of my 1972 Charger Rallye. After taking the vinyl seat cover off, I find foam padding underneath and what appears to be the remnants of burlap underneath that. Is it burlap and, if so, where can I get some more (is it anything special?). Thanks.

Yes it's Burlap, Walmart sells it in the fabric section about $1.00 or less per yard or get it from a upholstery shop.
