Yep, if anything they're trying to slip away a bit from the "retro" look on the new Chargers.  They've already let the hood scallops go and I bet the door scallops are next.

All the rest aside, what do you thin of that front end they morphed onto the photo?

It is true and there will be a 2 door version with a standard transmission option.  The 4 door will be automatic only.     Base price v6 will be around $19k.  loaded 4 door will be around $45k and the 2 door sport will be starting around $60k.   The 2 door "sport" version has a claimed 0-60 of 2.3 seconds and a 1/4 mile time of 9.4 @ 147mph.

They could've at least photoshopped the 4 door seams out of the picture along with everything else they did...
