What's a '68 rolling shell worth

Hi guys, I am searching for a '68 Charger and have been told about one that seems to be a 383 car but I think it's not much more than a rolling shell. Apparently the sheet metal, floors and frame are decent and it has a VIN. Can anybody give me an idea of what it might be worth? And roughly what would it cost for bumpers, grill, lights, seats, dash etc? And then of course I understand that I will have the cost of the driveline, body, paint and everything else. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Hard to answer without pictures but I'll try.
Rolling 68 shell may be worth around 2500-5000
The cost for parts I'll  estimate:
68-69 Bucket seats - $250-$500 for cores
68 Grill-$600-1,000
68 bumpers-$75 a pc for cores
dash who knows
Buying a bare shell means your time hunting down parts & pieces will cost you more then the parts themselves.
