My Grandpa owned a bird and I have been trying to track it down for the last year. Car was originally bought in Kalamazoo, MI then John Rood (my grandpa) Charlotte, MI then Ed Del Grande Brampton, Ontario Canada then Greg Symonds Nova Scotia, Canada and has since sold it (about 7 or 8 years ago) All I have got from him so far is it went to Saskatchewan, Canada. The last of the Vin is 161568. Lemon twist 4 bbl. Any help in finding this car would be greatly appreciated. I am not trying to buy the car just trying to find it to maybe visit it. I was too young to remember the car when he sold it and grew up loving the pictures we have. Thanks!

Good luck, I can't help but Ed Del Grande owned my Charger as well.

Hey Doug S is that the guy who ran Classic Chrysler-Plymouth?  All of their dealer swag was blue with a white 'bird outline on it.

Yes that was them. When Grandpa bought the car from his son he got an appraisal (which I have) and it has all there info. on it. Believe they also owned a car dealer too. Can't veryify that 100% though. Wasn't born until 86 so most of this may have been gone before I would have remembered.

Hello,

Sorry to hijack the thread momentarily.  Dave, (nascarxx29) I have a limelight green superbird I would like to chat with you about.  Wondering if you might have any information as to it's origin.  Tried to PM you, but that hasn't ever worked.  Could you message me?  Or perhaps just email me at: sbricker@maine.rr.com?

Much appreciated.

Steve
