All the white pieces are from the original car & it looks like the floor was replaced in one piece from a blue automatic car.

? was it originally a white rt , blue interior ,
floor changed but hump still on the remains of old floor , might explain that,
dash correct ,
hard to tell ,
but pedal assembly does not look like its been removed,
is that a 70 column,  ?
Maybe John Kunkel can answer this one, i know its not correct, but ? what are the extra casting blocks with holes through them on the tail extension housing to trans
could he just have aquired it this way, some one started fixing it up long ago, out of their depth,
lost interest, everything loks removed long ago , no fresh marks sign parts have been touched,
ignore the incorrect fender tag , is it that bad

Judging by the exhaust manifolds, the trans mounts and the emissions sticker, the "High Output" 440 appears to be a motorhome or heavy truck motor.

Yea, you can see where the spot welds were drilled out just behind the front seats. I suspect the 68 fender tag is because they replaced the driver inner fender because it was toast too.  If the broadcast sheet #s match the body and dash you have a car.

I don't think it's a bad rebody attempt, the guy probably bought it from a yard where it was possibly picked over and has collected parts from wherever to get it back together.

I can't throw stones here.  Although my 70 Charger has a complete 68 interior, the vin and body tags are still from the 70.  (I bought it this way 30 years ago and had no idea it was the wrong interior)
