Ignition wire brackets

Got a set of correct ignition wire brackets for my 440. Now, to install some of these I need to loosen a couple of head bolts. I'm a bit concerned about causing leaks or other issues. What do you think? Is this a big no no or would it be safe?

I think you mean valve cover bolts?  Yeah U can do that just torque them back down to about 7 foot pounds.

There's at least one on the bottom row of the right head.  I'm sure you'd have to know what type of head gasket was used, and what they actually torqued them to.  It'd make me nervous not knowing the motor's history, but it is only one bolt, and the bottom row has more bolts than many other motors, so it's probably be fine.
