He sent me some, but they are on my phone and I am at work right now, they look solid but I'm no expert, I will post them later.

I've decided to let go of this 70 Charger to help finance my other Mopar projects. The car comes as a roller. It is a bucket seat console car. I have the grill and bumpers in my shop. All of the interior is there, but needs restoration. The cat is solid up front, front cap, roof, doors, etc..., but it does have some rust in the normal places, pan, 1/4s, and dutchman panel. Good car to start with, not a lot of missing pieces. Not real interested in trades unless you have a 69 Roadrunner or something real cool or a nice crewcab pick up. I have 3 motorcycles, so I'm probably not interested in a motorcycle trade. I've been offered $4000 twice and $4500 once, and two of them was resellers, so I know its worth around my asking price. I turned down all 3 offers, so please don't be ridiculous with offers. If I can't get enough out of it to buy metal for my other projects, I'll just keep it. Clean title.. Call or text if interested, I don't check my email very often. (870)613-27-five-eight. Thanks for looking, Josh

Looks rough.

It might look rough but I do not see any big holes or dents in those pictures

Think it all comes down to how long it has been sitting out side in the grass (why it would be nice to see pics of the frame  :2thumbs: )

That's probably all the memory he had left on his cell phone. Being from Arkansas, just about all of the memory has to be taken up by pictures of his sisters, cousins and farm animals.

ACUDANUT

You know, I married my wife in Arkansas.  Although we got a divorce, we are still brother and sister. :yesnod:

Car looks pretty rough but that does not mean he won't get his price for it.
The decider maybe whether or not he has a mint grill for it.

PrisonHack

Trying to figure out how to post the pictures he sent me via text, but not having any luck (possibly because I am also from Arkansas) says it needs front floor pans and there are some pencil sized hole sin the trunk pan. The pictures he sent me are from the rear spring perch areas and they look pretty clean.

Sorry it took a while, i'm in the middle of remodeling my master bathrom

Looks decent for sure. $5k be a decent buy if it comes with a nice grill. Check over those fenders and hood real good as no repops available and finding rust free ones are impossible. Easily $2k in the fenders, hood if they need to be replaced.

Lennard

In my opinion you need more pictures (interior, inside trunk, under hood) and information to determine if it's worth the asking price.

IMO safe bet that any 2nd generation that hasn't been restored that is out to pasture will need a complete interior. So think Minimum $3k for interior with upper doors pads ect. Yes i learned this one on my own lol.

Patronus

As with any resto you will end up replacing everything. Everything. I'm no expert, but my opinion is it's fair. Shape and price. If it's close with minimal expense to get it into your garage then it's doable. Not many '70s or there. Prob won't leave much on the bone if you intend to sell later though..

Guess Im just going to pass on this one, I got excited finding a second generation for sale withing a few hours, but I really want a '68-'69 and this may be more work than I have time to tackle. I think I will wait a little longer and pay a little more for something with a drivetrain.

I bet you could get it for $5000

Sounds like he does not want to sell it to a flipper

Take the time to go look at it and see for yourself what the pictures are not showing and tell him you want to build it yourself

Considering what's left out there these days.... not a bad deal as far as something to "start with" I guess ?
That said....
just how much is it gonna cost to put back together ? in any kind of decently running, driving, and complete condition ?
In my experience... take your best estimate, then double it !

Apologies here.... just say'in be prepared ?
