Has anyone purchased any of these reference manuals? I have not looked at these manuals in person and was looking to see if anyone has any feedback. I purchased their fastener reference manuals and they appear to be very thorough.
Are there any parts vendors that sell these? I would rather not buy this on their website and pay $30 shipping, if I could pick the book up at a vendor at Carlisle or the Nats.

IMO only.

The fastener guides are worth there weight in gold.

The so called judging manual,,not so much. For me personally I gained nothing when I read thru the one I have. And it hasnt been off the shelf since purchased

Its much easier ( aka cheaper ) to ask on the popular furom boards  . There are alot of people here just as qualified to answer most any question that may pop up during a restoration.

Again MY opinion only

The fastener guides have errors as well.....best to go with what was on your car - and/or look at survivors whenever possible.....from the same plant and SPD time frame if possible......and what Bill said - ask on this forum.....plenty of good members cars on here.

I have the E body fastener guide.  I use and love it!

I was interested in them from the aspect of inspection marks. My '70 RR had them but they got spray bombed over when I was 16 in '81. I didn't know (or care) anything about inspection marks at that point in time.
