Excellent Mopar Distributor Rebuilding Service - Ignition Engineering Inc.

Hey guys,

I found a great place to have a Mopar distributor rebuilt - with a custom performance curve matching my engine's build!

I sent my original distributor to Ignition Engineering in California for a recurve and rebuild and was very impressed. Not only does it look brand new, it will perform that way. They completely disasembled and cleaned every component, not just running through a parts washer.  Everything was machined and reassembled to perfect tolerances. Its a masterpiece.

Not only that, it was tested on a Sun distributor machine and recurved to the exact specs of my engine/drivetrain (I completed a spec sheet on my car before-hand). This is a true specifically curved distributor.

I feel comfortable knowing the timing will be correct at nearly every single rpm possible, and the vacuum advance was also rebuilt. Its ready for a Pertronix III ignitor.

Overall I'm very happy. It even has the correct appearing satin finish/machine polished housing.  The pictures don't to it justice, but you'll get the idea!  TUFCAT

I was thinking of going this route as I'm trying to retain the stock look.  What was the turn around time ?
