Cruise Control stem?

Hello, I ran across this cruise control stem (see pics)  and was wondering what Mopar cars used these? I'm guessing it's not 2nd gen but maybe 1971 and up :shruggy:

It has a part number 3389 in the plasctic knob.

That's a date code. 338 day of 1979 most likely. Not correct for anything muscle car era

That lever was used on most 71-later installations without a tilt column, the tilt column used a thread-in lever. Earlier levers had a twist switch rather than a push switch.
